Hi Tea

I adore this place. The atmosphere is relaxing and the scenery is adorable. The menu has lots of customization options and there are so many drink choices to choose from. All of the drinks I've tried have been delicious, but my favorite is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It's simple but sweet and satisfying. I really love how the staff is always patient and kind. The wall of drawings is a nice touch, I see something new every time I come in! (And I love getting to add doodles of my own to the collection.) This has become my favorite spot to draw, write, or just turn my brain off for a while and enjoy a nice drink or pastry. They play good music and I'm not rushed to leave if I'm there an hour or more. Overall, 100/10. Located right next to Five Below, it's a great place to get a drink and do some shopping. If you like boba, you'll love this cute little spot!

Love this place so much! It’s so cute on the inside and the drinks were amazing. I love the little gingerbread reusable cup. The person working was so sweet and helpful! I also really loved the games there were to play! I really recommend coming here with friends or to study or just relax!

Such a cute gem we came across. Stopped in here to get some boba tea. All three of us got one, the milk with brown sugar was just ok. But other two were very good. We would for sure come back here again. Service was friendly and fast.

I visited with my wife and daughters. The service speed and cleanliness of the store were good. However, the location inside the mall doesn't seem very accessible. My wife mentioned that the prices are about $1 cheaper than other stores. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding either, which was a bit disappointing. The cute duck souvenirs added a special touch to the store.

Delicious! Great menu options with different types of boba, tea, and cheese topping. I got the taro milk tea with tapioca pearls and it’s one of the best bubble teas I’ve had. I look forward to coming back and trying more flavors!

First time and certainly will be returning! We ordered drinks, croffle and one of their hello Kitty desserts. The staff was super friendly and the space was clean and organized. Def recommend everyone to come check it out

The staff here is soo nice and I work out right across the street and they make the best drinks I have ever tasted! The energy in the shop is so fresh and happy I love going there! And their cups are so cute I have like 60 at this point! 10/10!

I’m leaving my earlier review below, however I do want to say I still come to this location often. I enjoy the drinks and most of the time the servers are kind. The girl at the counter acted like I was an idiot for pointing out “graduates” was missing an E. She said and I quote “it’s a common misconception that there’s an E, you can Google it, I did.” I did and it’s “graduates”. Dictionary.com and Britannica agree. I wasn’t rude when I pointed out but was met with a snarky attitude. Spell this, p o o r c u s t o m e r s e r v i c e.
